A LITTLE ABOUT ME...
I am a London-based, Level 5 Reflexology Practitioner who is passionate about helping clients to regain mind-body balance alongside a real and tangible sense of wellbeing. Trained in Reflexology for Pregnancy and NEPIP techniques for working powerfully with the nervous, immune and limbic systems, I ensure every client enjoys a completely tailored approach. I’m dedicated to helping my clients move through a wide range of physical and emotional transitions throughout our sessions and work according to their unique lifestyles and needs. As a Director within an advertising agency, I was inspired to learn this amazing therapy as a journey to understanding the mind-body link, managing stress and anxiety, and ultimately encouraging natural healing as far as is possible, for myself and for my friends, family and clients.
I offer mobile treatments across Fulham, Putney, Wandsworth and Clapham - as well as Esher, Woking and Guildford.

HAND REFLEXOLOGY
Hand Reflexology is a healing technique based on the principle of free and uninterrupted energy flow and helps activate the natural healing processes in each patient's body as well as to restore their physical and emotional well-being. Many of the reflex points we use mirror those of our feet. As a certified Reflexologist, I help patients reduce their stress and anxiety, among other aches, pains and ailments.
