#Reflexology YOU can do on #lockdown! Anxious and worrying times call for nifty tips and being resourceful. Ain't no one going out to get treatments and see their Reflexologist right now...so during this very tough time for clients and therapists alike, here's a demo of a couple of areas on the foot that can be worked to reduce anxiety and bring a little zen back into your lunchtime. Or evening, or morning. Or tea break. If you're lucky enough to have a partner who can do this for you for 5 or 10 minutes, excellent. If you live alone, no sweat - these here feet parts are reachable! (Hope you've been practising yoga too 😊😁) Note - watch all the way as there's a really effective point to hold for 30-60 seconds at the end. 👣💚🌱
